1000 free places in Paraná for a course that helps young people get their first job

The PROA Institute has 1 mil vagas abertas para formar sua segunda turma no estado do Paraná. The selection process for the PROA Platform course is open until 4 of September.
To sign up, o jovem precisa entrar no site e passar por três momentos: first, the young man registers, depois responde a um teste básico de língua portuguesa, matemática e análise de perfil, and, if approved, proceed to the stage of filling in personal data in order to enroll in the course.
O curso do PROA tem 100 hours and is divided into 4 modules that prepare students to set career goals and do well in job interviews: self knowledge, projeto profissional, raciocínio lógico e comunicação. There are 7:30 classes per week, em média 1h30 por dia, de segunda a sexta-feira. Semanalmente há também encontros ao vivo mediados por tutores, sempre às quintas-feiras.
At the end of the course, participants receive a certificate of completion and access to job openings available on the market. After completing the essential training of the course, young people can choose to attend the technical trails available and further enhance their professional curriculum.
They are 7 careers of choice, sponsored by large companies, com 50 hours of preparation for each: Data analysis (sponsored by iFood), Retail (Via – Casas Bahia Foundation), Administration (P&G), Logistics (P&G), UX Design (Accenture), Brand Promotion (BRF) and Financial Education (Bloomberg e Dahlia Capital).

Nosso objetivo é ajudar a mudar essa realidade e qualificar jovens paranaenses para o mercado de trabalho”, says Alini Dal'Magro, CEO of Instituto PROA.
